Apex Hotels named as top employer

Apex Hotels, whose CEO is Angela Vickers (pictured), has achieved a 1* Accreditation award from Best Companies, the specialists whose recognition programme is the standard for workplace engagement, in acknowledgement of their outstanding employee engagement levels.

The group scored strongly after 680 Apex staff completed the Best Companies survey. It measures how engaged people are at work and how they feel about their employer.The results highlighted the Apex Hotels’ executive team roadshow, employee benefits, friendly working environment, emphasis on teamwork and the employee assistance programme amongst others as contributing towards engagement.
